Responsible for the recruitment, selection and induction of new colleagues, these are the first CTCARI people that a person shall meet when joining Cyprus Airports Duty Free Shops.

• Additionally, the HR team performs a wide range of support functions to other company departments providing:
• Administration assistance
• High level training
• Guidance and support on Health & Safety related matters or concerns
• Internal communications through continuous transfer of documents
• Guidance on company policies and compliance
