As a first initiative, we are eliminating all single-use plastic bags from our operation, while offering our customers real alternatives for a better future.

From the 15th of February 2022 operations at both Larnaca and Paphos airports will be removing the single use plastic bags and offering instead quality paper bags along with our existing reusable bags. Our goal is not to simply remove plastic bags but to hopefully reduce the overall number of bags we use by asking ourselves the simple question “Do I need a bag?”

PLANET PILLAR

Cyprus Duty Free has taken a leap towards environmental responsibility with two trees planting events in collaboration with the Cyprus Forestry Department and Cyprus Forests Association. Held near Paphos and Larnaca Airports, we planted 300 carefully selected trees.

Cyprus Duty Free covers expenses for three years, ensuring their growth and well-being.
