Our wonderful ‘Click & Collect’ service allows you to buy your airport shopping online between 1 month and 24 hours before you fly from Larnaca & 72 hours from Paphos. Browse and buy your favourite brands online at a time that’s convenient for you, then pick up your products from our contactless eLockers at the Airport before you board the plane or on your return – whichever is more convenient!

1. Browse Products Online and Add items to your cart.
2. Complete the pre-checkout questionnaire.
3. Proceed to Billing & Payments to complete payment and verify pickup details.
4. Receive your confirmation email and PIN number.
5. Visit the eLockers at the Airport.
6. Scan your boarding card and enter your PIN number at the eLockers.
7. Collect your items from the eLockers.

Yes, you must be flying and in possession of a valid boarding card to use these services.

You can shop online between 1 month and up to 24 hours in advance of Departing from/Arriving into Cyprus (72 hours for Paphos). You can collect your purchases on your departure or on arrival back to Cyprus.

Yes, you can purchase online when you Depart and Collect on your return only when you are travelling within the EU.

You can collect your order at the E-lockers in the Larnaca and Paphos airports shopping area depending on your flight origin and destination declared when you placed your order.
The e-lockers will require a six-digit PIN that you will receive by email and SMS and in the case of departures flights, the scanning of your boarding pass.

A photographic proof of identify might be requested at the collection point if the E-lockers are for any reason not available. Please note that we do not deliver goods purchased online to any country.

eLockers can be found at both the Departures and Arrivals locations at Larnaca & Paphos Airport. Please view our maps to see the exact location for your pickup point.

Once an order has been places it cannot be amended.

Should you wish to cancel your order before collection, you can contact our Customer Service Team who will process a refund for you.

We work hard to ensure that our online product selection is available to purchase and in stock for your order. In the rare instance that your item is out of stock when we are preparing your order, we will contact you by email to inform you that the item has been removed from your order and a refund processed. Between your order being placed and your departure, this item may come back into stock, so please do check at the Airport on your departure. Our team will be happy to help you locate any item.

Our website carries a large selection of your favourite brands but some items may not be available online. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they can confirm whether your item is available in store. Make sure you check the website regularly as new products and brands are added every week.

Wine and Spirits are restricted items which can only be purchased by those passengers over the age of 18 years. Should you wish to buy these items you will be asked to confirm that you are over 18 years of age on the website.

Tobacco and cigarettes are not sold online. Tobacco and cigarettes can be purchased in store at the airport but only to those passengers aged 18 years and over. You may be asked to prove your age by showing photo I.D.

The reason we need the flight information is to comply with our legal obligation deriving from the Customs Law to correctly and accurately separate between sales to passengers travelling within and outside of Europe.

It is mandatory to provide your flight number at the pre-checkout questionnaire as this is used to validate the scanning of your boarding card at the eLockers.

At the moment this site cannot accept online purchases for connecting flights.

When you purchase items either in store or online please take into consideration the luggage regulations of your airline if you are Departing. If you are travelling to an EU Destination and find that your luggage allowance will not be accepted on your flight, you can use our ‘Shop & Collect’ service to conveniently collect your purchases at Arrivals upon your return.

Your order will be kept at ‘Click and Collect’ eLocker until you next travel. If your travel plans are cancelled and you won’t be travelling in the near future we can cancel and refund your order.

Cypurs Duty Free offers a 30 day returns policy in stores and a 30 day return policy from the day of collection when online shopping, provided that the item has not been used and is in pristine, resalable condition. Requests for refund will be processed only if the Customer provides the original receipt/proof of purchase. The company reserves the right to refuse the refund of an item.

Refunds can be executed only in the same payment method and currency used in the original purchase or in the form of a voucher.

This policy does not cover items purchased on discounted price and is in addition to the customer’s statutory rights.

For reasons of hygiene, returns of hosiery, underwear, swimwear, worn or washed clothes, food items, earrings, some specific types of cosmetics or other personal items are not accepted.

To create your Favorites List, you will need to Create an Account and will then be able to click on the heart icon located on the product or product page. Your favorited items will then be saved in you Account profile.

 

*Favorite icons will only appear after you have logged into your account.

You can reset your password by clicking ‘Lost your password?’ on the Login page where you will then receive an email with a reset password link.

You can also update your password by going to logging in to to your account and clicking on  ‘My account information’. On the top right hand corner of the Edit Profile box, you will see the option to click and Change password. Once clicked, follow the next steps to succesfully update your password.
